Order a custom dress

Fill out the form below, sharing all your thoughts and ideas about the dress in the comments section. Don't forget to specify the date you expect to get the order by. You are welcome to send us inspirational images of the designs you like. It will help us to understand better what you have in mind.

Creating a bespoke gown for you requires further communication via email, so please use English, Russian, or Dutch to avoid any confusion.

Once your order is placed, you will get an email with a quote and Irina's feedback on whether your ideas can be executed. If you are interested in our offer, you need to pay a consultation fee. It is included in the price, and it's non-refundable.
After the fee has been paid, we will provide you with two sketches of your dress. If necessary, we will offer one revision. Any additional sketches will result in extra fees that are non-refundable.
Once the design is finalized and the fabric selections are made, we will issue the revised invoice with the actual price.
You have an option to pay your invoice in three installments. Payments are made according to the billing plan you choose. The first installment (non-refundable) is used to purchase fabric and necessary bids-and-bobs for the dress.
Once you have paid the full order amount (shipping cost included), your order will be dispatched.
