The tenant automatically agrees to the terms and conditions by entering into the rental process. Please read the conditions in advance so that you are not faced with any surprises afterwards.
The rental price is per person. When you rent an outfit as a model, you are the designated wearer. If multiple models are present at the same shoot and wish to wear the same outfit, each must individually pay the rental fee. If this is discovered afterward, an invoice will be issued for the rental value of each worn item.
1. Rental Duration: - The standard rental period is 3 days:
the first day you pick up the rental piece from our location in Almere, The Netherlands after 17:00,
the second day you wear it at a photo shoot or event,
the third day you return the rental piece to our location before 17:00
- Extensions may be available upon request, subject to availability, and additional charges (contact us for details).
2. Booking and Reservation: - Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting us in email.
- Book your fitting in advance to ensure the dress is your size. The fitting cost is €30.
If the dress suits you and you will rent this dress, this amount will be included in the rental price.
This amount is non-refundable if you do not rent anything after trying on. We are sensitive to your and our time, so this includes the cost of dry cleaning after fitting and our time.
3. Pick-Up and Return Location: - Dresses can be picked up and returned exclusively at our studio location in Almere, The Netherlands.
- Postal delivery is currently not available; customers must personally collect and return the dresses.
- In some cases, it is possible for a designer to visit your location. For example, for a photo shoot. In this case, the designer himself comes to the beginning of your photo shoot and helps you put on the dress, and also helps you during the shooting. After the shoot, the designer picks up the dress himself. In this case, you do not need to come to our location to pick up and return the piece.
Contact us for details to find out our availability on your day. A designer visit costs from €300 depending on the time of presence on the set, distance and travel costs.
4. Dress Condition: - Dresses are expected to be returned in the same condition as received, without any damages or alterations.
- Customers are responsible for any stains, damages, or alterations and will be charged accordingly.
5. Insurance Against Minor Damage: - Customers have the option to purchase insurance covering minor damages such as the loss of a button or threads breaking in a seam.
- This insurance does not cover major damages that render the dress irreparable.
6. Major Damage and Lost Items: - Customers are responsible for significant damages that result in the dress being irreparable.
- In the case of irreparable damage, loss or theft, customers will be charged the full retail value.
7. Cleaning and Care: - Normal wear and tear is expected, and minor stains are covered in the rental fee.
- Please don't wash and clean items yourself as this may cause damage. In an effort to maximize the life of our clothing, we restore and professionally dry clean or wet wash each piece for you.
8. Late Returns: - Late returns without prior arrangement will incur additional charges.
- Customers must contact us immediately if they foresee any delays in returning rental price.
When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on wearing that style no longer can.
Late fees of up to €50 per day will be charged to your card on file for each order that is not returned on time.
If you have not returned a rental item within 7 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and we will charge you the current 'to buy' price for each item minus previously paid late fees.
9. Cancellations: - Cancellations made 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations later 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
- Cancellation for costumes that have been created or altered specifically for you, the rental fee is non-refundable. However, the deposit will be returned.
10. Sizing and Alterations: - It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements.
- Minor changes are sometimes possible upon discussion during fitting..
- Some costumes can be altered or specially created for your rental. In such cases, please ensure you place your order well in advance, as alterations require time. Contact us to explore all available options.
Please note that alterations or creation of a costume will only commence after full payment of the rental fee and deposit.
Cancellation for costumes that have been created or altered specifically for you, the rental fee is non-refundable. However, the deposit will be returned.
9. Security Deposit: - A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the safe return of the dress in acceptable condition.
10. Lost your Items: - We are not responsible for any personal or other items left in the rental iteams or which are returned to us in the Return Packaging. If you believe you have accidentally or otherwise sent any such items to us, please contact us. We may, but are not required to, assist you in attempting to locate such items at your request, and we assume no responsibility or liability if we attempt to locate such items.
11. Communication: - Customers are encouraged to communicate any concerns or issues promptly.
- Our customer service team is available to assist with any questions or requests.
