A Dawn Dress

The concept of this dress is memories of how designer Irina Krutasova sees the dawn.
Being a child, I used to wake up late, all my grownup life, on the other hand, I go to bed very late at night, or better to say, early in the morning. I like working at night, as no one distracts me and I have a lot of creative ideas. I rarely see the sunrise now, as I tend to miss it sewing. For this reason, I remember each one I did witness”, Irina explains.⠀

The dress is made of soft peach color silk. It is the personification of dawn when the gentle rays of the morning sun touch the sleeping garden behind Irina's window - it is a truly magical moment.
The organza on the shoulders is the morning mist through which the sun breaks. Handmade beadwork on lace embodies drops of morning dew on flowers.
The dress has a firm bodice made with plastic bones and lacing on the back.

Silk, cotton, tulle, polyester, lace, beads, organza.
